Moving On

Sorting through books and deciding which ones to read in the next house…

(the white, adjustable height folding tables are these. I got sick of the kids having to play on tiny coffee tables or taking over the dining room table which had the unpleasant side effect of me listening to legos hit the floor all day long. Plus, we can use them for school. You know. When that happens.)

(if you’re new here and wondering what the heck I’m talking about, read this,  this and this. And maybe this, this, and this if you become enthralled with this CrazyPants Rodeo.)

Sorta, kinda, partly photos of your kids!
And you lug those tables from house to house? You are crazy-pants.

I don’t lug them personally, I SUPERVISE the lugging. It’s a good system. I have folding bookcases too. It’s amazing how the owners of VRBOs cover every surface in tchotchkes and other crap, and do not put any thought into where visitors will put their stuff.

Not that other people need lego tables…LOL. But for example – in this house, every shelf in the bathroom has half-burned candles and little decorative things cluttering them. Most places do not have any empty cupboards or closets. It’s frustrating not to be able to unpack groceries without rearranging the whole kitchen.

Dude. That’s a lot of books for someone who has DOWNSIZED their possessions…

You get major points for being/staying organized enough to lug all of your possessions from place to place. But including collapsible book shelves in your haul? That’s both genius and frightening. Girl–you need to come organize me. 🙂
